Peeking out the window, I notice it will be partly cloudy today (are the clouds related to the squirrel squad? One can dream!). It's a bit odd for this time of the year, with a high of 53 midnight barkies (mystery unsolved: why do humans call them ‘degrees’?). Philadelphia, you're looking downright unpredictable! Remember, squirrels are more afraid of you than you are of them, or so I'm told. At least it's Christmas, a day of peace on earth and good will toward dogs. The humans will finally take a break from those glowing screens and spend this fine day with me, playing with my stuffed otter and, if I'm lucky, sharing some holiday grub.
